GDAF marks Global Accessibility Awareness Day . This free online event brings together government organisations and the wider accessibility community. Speakers will share their experiences and insights about creating an accessible digital public service that disabled people can use.

Welcome and opening address

Speaker presentations
- Zsenai Logan from the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) will share insights from their 2-year journey to make getready.govt.nz more accessible with little budget or capacity.
- Peter Koenders and Di Drayton from the Ministry of Social Development (MSD) will talk about their accessible design system.
- Sacha Green from the Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) will reflect on the issue of digital exclusion and moving from digital inclusion to social inclusion in a digital age.
Panel discussion and Q&A
The presentations will be followed by a panel discussion with the speakers and include time for questions and answers.
